Had a few questions about the promotion and relegation for the 4th XI Divisions.
So I wanted to clarify, please see below.
Division 12 - 3rd XI Division Three - Two relegated - slot into Divisions 13 and 14 in 2023
Division 13 - 4th XI Premier East - One promoted to Division 12 for 2023 - Two relegated and will slot into with Div 15, 16 or 17 in 2023
Division 14 - 4th XI Premier West - One promoted to Division 12 for 2023 - Two relegated and will slot into with Div 15, 16 or 17 in 2023
Division 15 - 4th XI Div 1 Central - Top team promoted to Div 13 or 14 in 2023
Division 16 - 4th XI Div 1 East - Top team promoted to Div 13 or 14 in 2023
Division 17 - 4th XI Div 1 West - Top team promoted to Div 13 or 14 in 2023
For Divisions 15, 16 and 17 the best placed 2nd place team from all three divisions (club with the highest average points as shown on the league tables) will also be promoted to Div 13 or 14 for 2023 season.
Hope that clears up any confusion - this was the same process we went through last year when we had three regionalised divisions for 4th XI Div 1 standard for the first time.
