Please find below the details of the AGM and serveral proposals that will be put forward for clubs to vote on at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Hamro Foundation Essex League on Sunday 23rd November. The meeting is to be held at:

Blunts Wall Road
Billericay
CM12 9SA

Time: 10:00 for a 10:30 start.

Per rule 10 of the league constitution all clubs are mandated to attend and any club not in attendance will incur a £100 fine.

New Associate Members

The executive committee is very happy to announce that we have accepted two new associate members clubs in the form of Spartans CC and Bow Green CC. Both clubs have impressed us when we met and looked at their grounds, and heard about their plans for their clubs.

We look forward to welcoming their 1st XIs into the league for the 2026 season.

Club Requirements for the 2026 season

All clubs must fill out the following forms for the 2026 season. We have split these into multiple forms this year to cut down on the length of them. We have new competitions and also changes to the league cup - so please read the AGM notice and the Appendix “Hamro Foundation Essex League 2026 Competitions Update” to have a better understanding on the changes we have put in place.

Please complete all forms before the AGM on 23rd November.

The meeting is just over a fortnight away, so please discuss with your clubs and make sure your league delegate comes ready to vote.
