Speaker
We are happy to announce that the legendary former Indian Test Cricketer Farouk Engineer will be our guest and speaker at the dinner. He should be a very entertaining person to have at the event.
Trophies
Any club that has trophies should bring them to the dinner and hand them over beforehand, due to the issues we have had with Covid the last few season clubs may not have received their trophy from the past year.
Pennants will be presented at the AGM.
Timings
Guests are asked to arrive from 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Venue is Mount Avenue Banqueting Suite CM13 2NS
Final Call For Andy Jenner Award
Do you have ‘’special’’ worker who deserves the Andrew Jenner memorial award. It’s time to put you thinking caps on and send your nominations.
The committee is pleased to advise that once again one of our sponsors, namely Messrs Clarc Recruitement will sponsor the award for the unsung ''non playing'' hero. The winner will receive the Andrew Jenner memorial trophy plus a Marks and Spencers voucher for £100.00.
Perhaps your nomination will be the scorer, groundsman, caterer, colts manager. It's entirely upto you but the nominee shall not have played in any cricket match this season.
The nominations must be received by 18.00 hours Friday 7th October with the winner being announced at the league dinner on the 14th October.
