Fixtures continue to be worked on - 1st and 2nd XI fixtures have started to be uploaded to Play Cricket. We will confirm when clubs can check these fixtures. 3rd XI and below fixtures are being worked on and should also be on the site soon.
Balls deliveries
Dukes are currently organising cricket balls for the season.

ECiC Club day
Essex hopes that you will want to join them at a Recreational Club Day on Sunday 26th February.
To sign up please use the below link, more details will follow so that you can sign up for specific sessions. There should be something for every club and hopefully they will have 1 or 2 surprises.
Just £5 per person, which will include Tea/Coffee and a light lunch. They will send out details in a couple of weeks re the seminars that you can sign up to

SHMS and DBS
All clubs need to note the date April 30th - this is where clubs need to be compliant on SHMS. This means making sure that DBS checks are done, especially for any new captains.
Please note that DBS checks are now an annual process and that all volunteers with a DBS will need to click a link each year to check that their circumstances have not changed.
Also clubs need to upload evidence, in the form of AGM minutes, that your club has adopted the ECB Anti Discrimination Code.
By doing the above it will help clubs keep their Clubmark status.
Any issues with this please talk to the county reps.
Graham Gooch To Present Awards at HFEL Presentation Dinner

We are honored to announce that the Guest Speaker for the evening will be none other than Essex and England legend Graham Alan Gooch OBE. This is a great opportunity to listen and be inspired by his experiences and achievements in the sport.
Each club automatically receives 2 tickets to the event as part of their league fees.
