PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Apartment in coastal setting in Puerto del Carmen
1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 4.
Situated near the main strip not far from the casino in the El Barranquillo
complex.
The apartment is on the ground floor in the first block close to the two
communal pools, (childrens pool & adults pool.)
There is one bedroom with two single beds, a good sized bathroom and a good
sized living area,
with an Ikea futon sofa bed which folds into a double bed.
Linen is changed weekly and towels twice weekly.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, electric
kettle, steam iron, hair dryer plus UK adaptor
Security gates on the door, keep the apartment safe plus there are security
gates to all areas of the complex.
The lounge has TV & DVD player and a radio/CD player. There are lots of DVD's
including childrens films/programmes and various reading books to use if
required.
There are several items in the apartment for children to use, including buckets,
spades and toys etc., for the beach/pool.
Outside there is a large unoverlooked terrace with table and chairs.At the back
of the apartment there is allocated off street parking.
